Music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory. Different people have different taste in music and it works as a therapy for them. Here are some of my favorite artists and genres.

I love travelling! Especially with my family and friends usually on weekends. Travel takes us out of our comfort zones and inspires us to see, taste and try new things. Travel gives you a sense of accomplishment. Here are some places that i wish to visit in future.
